EarnPED.com is designed as a service which allows its users to earn points by doing micro tasks. These points are then paid in their respective amount of in-game virtual currency. Points are not designed to be used, paid or otherwise distributed in any other way.
EarnPED.com is in no way endorsed by, affiliated with or connected to Mindark® PE AB, Mindark’s Planet Partners™ or any other company or entity which may be owned by or related to the above named entities. Since we are in no way affiliated with these entities they cannot be held liable for any damages of any kind that result from use of EarnPED.com’s services and are to be held harmless by our users. This includes any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential or other damages perceived or incurred. Any disputes you have arising from your use of EarnPED.com are to be between you and EarnPED.com only.
In order to comply with the terms of use that Mindark® PE AB has set forth for the users of Entropia Universe we will ONLY be paying out the points which you accumulate as in-game currency transferred directly to the users avatar from one of the EarnPED.com official avatars. We will not make payments outside of the game in any form or fashion so as to respect this Term of Use and to insure that EarnPED.com and its users are able to enjoy the services of both this Site and the Game in a safe, respectable manner. It is the only approved means of transaction within the Entropia Universe and is therefore the only one we will use. Your EarnPED.com username must exactly match your Entropia Universe in-game avatar name (with no spaces)(Example: EarnEarnpedPed) or we will be unable to initiate point transfers.
Mindark® PE AB may own copyrights, trademarks or other intellectual property rights to the terms Entropia Universe, PED, PEC, Project Entropia Dollar, Project Entropia Cent as well as a variety of other planet, vehicle, weapon or resource names which EarnPED.com uses on its site. No infringement is intended and we respect and recognize that when we refer to any in-game item, the game itself or the entities involved with the ownership, development and ongoing service provided by the game it is for convenience and clarity only.
All points and in-game conversions are subject to final approval and verification that they were rightfully earned. We reserve the right to reduce, alter or remove any points which we deem to have been earned in a matter other than intended. We are not responsible for any malfunctions, system abuses or exploits which would allow points to be gathered in a manner inconsistent with our services intended uses.
